30 days returns

The customer is required to pay own postage on returning goods if found to be the incorrect item due to the customers fault. If the goods are faulty then the customer must send photos and we will resolve the problem..

Return the item to us, you will need to pay the return postage. Please do not fold the car mats, if you fold the car mats we will not be able to refund you. Send the items back in their original condition to the stated address below. We also advise you to return goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Include your order number, name, contact details, the make, model and year of your vehicle and the reasons for the return. You will be refunded the amount of the item minus a £5.70 postage charge.

If you want to exchange the item for a different model or year you will be charged for postage of new mats, you will need to pay the return postage for the exchange.

Refunds

Allow 14 days for refunds to be made to your debit/credit card or paypal account after we acknowledge receipt of the goods you have returned to us.
