Shipping & Delivery 

We are still Open and running as normal through lockdown 

At Car and Van Mats, Everything is made in the UK to order. we aim to dispatch all our orders within 3 to 5 working days ,using DHL on a next day delivery. however, timing can vary depending on weekend ordering UK Bank Holidays and busy periods like Black Friday/ Cyber Monday and the Christmas period  (covid 19) 

We offer the following shipping options and all deliveries are tracked/ signed for using DHL on 24 hour service.

  • FREE delivery on all UK orders over £25.00
  • For orders under £25 shipping charge £4.99

When you place an order, we aim to have your order manufactured and dispatch within (3 to 5 working days) weekends not included.

You will receive a Email notification when purchased  order processed

Then you will receive a second Email notification awaiting shipment this means your order as gone into production.

You will receive a third Email notification shipped which you will receive a tracking number for DHL

which you can track your item on there website to you door.

Then a final Email notification completed stating your order is delivered.

Returns

30 days returns

The customer is required to pay own postage on returning goods if found to be the incorrect item due to the customers fault. If the goods are faulty then the customer must send photos and we will resolve the problem..

Return the item to us, you will need to pay the return postage. Please do not fold the car mats, if you fold the car mats we will not be able to refund you. Send the items back in their original condition to the stated address below. We also advise you to return goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Include your order number, name, contact details, the make, model and year of your vehicle and the reasons for the return. You will be refunded the full amount of the item. 

If you want to exchange the item for a different model or year you will be charged for postage of new mats, you will need to pay the return postage for the exchange.

Refunds

Allow 14 days for refunds to be made to your debit/credit card or PayPal account after we acknowledge receipt of the goods you have returned to us.
